Erawatech LLC. will consult and collaborate with you on your project. This could range from a brief informational session, to a full project management approach.

We will discuss the Scope of Work (SoW), estimate costs and timelines, and get a clear picture of your website needs.

Standard pricing for project consultation starts at $200 per billable hour. We can negotiate lower rates for nonprofit organizations.

Erawatech will discuss your needs with you, and draft a proposal (or multiple proposals with a phased approach, depending on the complexity of your needs). The draft will be shared with you, and you will be able to collaborate on the proposal design. The proposal will be finalized with your input.

Once a proposal is finalized, Erawatech will draft a commensurate contract. In most cases, Erawatech will negotiate a project cost, and will require a 50% down payment once the contract is finalized and countersigned.

Once a project has been triggered, Erawatech LLC. will start work right away!

The first step in the journey

Erawatech will provide regular updates on progress. We will do everything in our power to prevent surprises. 

For website development, it is preferable to start with a Scope of Work, and to have a shared understanding of the UX (user experience) goals, as well as UI (user interface) requirements.

Erawatech isn’t finished until you are happy!

At the end of the project, you and Erawatech will make sure that the original Scope of Work and contract obligations have been satisfied.
