Features	Description:
Basic hosting Service with limited support	The SLA (service level agreement) is provided during the proposal drafting process. Support is limited to email-only inquiries, with an estimated turnaround time of two (2) business days or less.
Basic WordPress Installation	The SLA (service level agreement) is provided during the proposal drafting process. Support is limited to email-only inquiries, with an estimated turnaround time of two (2) business days or less.

Managed updates of core OS, platform, software, extensions, and plugins	Updates to occur on a weekly basis, after hours; and as needed depending on the circumstances (such as any detected security vulnerabilities for proactive and reactive security actions)

Basic SEO	The Basic package comes with a free version of Rank Math© SEO plugin. Erawatech will leverage this tool to ensure search engine optimization
Basic analytics	The Basic package comes with expert configuration of Google© Search and Google© Analytics, and reports on demand (frequency maximum 1/month)

Basic email	The Basic package comes with a simple email configuration (using Webmail) for your domain. You will have access to Webmail for up to five (5) email accounts, or alternatively you can be provided with IMAP/POP3 credentials.
Intermediate support	Includes both email and phone M-F 9am-5pm Central. These terms will be described in the SLA (Service Level Agreement) negotiated during the proposal and contract drafting phases). Limit one phone call per month, except in cases of catastrophic website issues that are not the fault of the customer.
Intermediate SEO features	The Intermediate package comes with Rank Math© Pro SEO, and includes one full-site SEO analysis per year with recommendations from Erawatech LLC.
Intermediate Security	The Intermediate package includes a managed implementation of Wordfence© Premium.
Intermediate Email Configuration	The Intermediate package includes enhanced SMTP relay support to ensure email delivery for messages generated by the site (ex. contact forms that auto-generate thank-you emails).
Advanced Support	Advanced support levels will be negotiated during the proposal and contract phase.
Advanced SEO Features	The Advanced package comes with Rank Math© Pro SEO, and includes four full-site SEO analyses per year with recommendations from Erawatech LLC., plus one full hour of virtual learning sessions on SEO best practices.
Advanced Security	The Advanced security package includes a managed implementation of Wordfence© Care: installation, configuration, optimization, and maintenance. Also includes Malware Removal, Incident Response, Blocklist Removal, and Search Cleanup.
Advanced CDN	The Advanced package includes a CDN (content delivery network) configuration for improved scalability, and advanced optimization of the user experience with faster content delivery and high availability.
Traffic Analytics	The Intermediate package comes with expert configuration of Google© Search and Google© Analytics and customized analytic reporting on a frequency determined during the proposal and contract negotiations.
GDPR and CCPA compliance	The Advanced package comes with implementation of a cookie plugin, cookie scan, and draft cookie policy page for GDPR compliance, or CCPA compliance, or both.
