Erawatech: A full service website partner
When Erawatech first launched, the idea was simple: build websites using flexible, user-friendly tools, train the client on how to manage things, and then turn the site over to them. I’d seen too many websites built in a way that made clients dependent on developers – even for basic updates. Some sites were so locked down that changing a headline or swapping an image meant hiring someone with coding skills. I wanted to do the opposite. I wanted to give people something they could actually use and feel confident maintaining on their own.
Pretty quickly, we saw that most clients needed more than just a finished website. They were already juggling a lot, and learning the ins and outs of web maintenance wasn’t high on the list.

What to expect when we work together
Most clients come to us unsure of where to start. We’ll guide you through each stage of the process with clarity and patience. From early planning to ongoing care, you’ll get a reliable partner who handles the details so you can stay focused on your mission.
Please note that these are very general descriptions of the steps in our process. Though the steps appear linear, sometimes the process can be a bit more organic depending on the nature of the project.
Website partnerships start with a conversation. If we choose to work together, Erawatech will draft an Proposal and Agreement, and send it your way for your input. Once the agreement is finalized, Erawatech will request an initial down payment, and then get the process started!
1. Discovery and Planning
We start by listening. We’ll learn about your goals, your audience, and what you need your site to accomplish. This step sets the foundation for everything that follows - from our communication plan to our target go-live date.
2. Design
We collaborate on a design that aligns with your identity and communicates clearly with your visitors. Typically I will request high quality image files of your logo, and any graphical elements that you would like to use.
3. Development
We build your site using tools and practices that ensure it’s fast, accessible, and scalable. In many cases, you will be able to see the work in progress on the development site, so we can collbarate in real time.
4. Content Collaboration
We help you plan the words and messages that will shape your site. You can write your own copy, or we can connect you with a trusted partner to craft content that fits your goals and voice.
5. Launch and Go-Live
We take care of the technical setup, connect your domain, and manage the launch so everything goes live smoothly. If you already have a website, we’ll plan the transition carefully to keep downtime minimal.
6. Ongoing Support
After launch, we provide a period of "hypercare" support to make sure everything is working as expected. Following that, ongoing maintenance, updates, and help requests are handled according to your service level agreement (SLA)
